I finally decided that I would put my college degree to use.  When I graduated, I couldn't get a job and I ended up waitressing and bartending afterwards.  I then went to sales and then I worked in an office afterwards and didn't find that fun at all.  People not treating me right and everyone backbiting each other and managers abusing their help.  Back then maybe good help was hard to find but now good jobs are hard to find.

I decided now I need to make changes in my life and either be a teacher or an actuary.  I have books for both exams so I can pass them.  I am also taking courses in math and teacher education.  I am really getting more and more into math now.  I tend to write some examples of the math I do and see if that sparks any interest here.

She is an excellent college professor with an impeccable record.  She has had numerous works published.  Her colleagues and the provost feel the university would not survive without her.  She is well liked by her students.  However, she has one major flaw.  She has affairs with her male students and then poisons them.

Melly attends the University of Florida in Miami and currently she is dating Mark.  It is now Monday and she has not heard from nor seen Mark since Thursday afternoon.  Mark told her that day that he had to go to one of his classmate's dorm to study and do homework.  Friday morning when they were suppose to meet for coffee before classes started, he didn't show up.  Then Friday afternoon, they were suppose to meet in the lounge and he didn't show up.  Melly also didn't recieve any phone calls from Mark which was highly unusual.  Friday night, Melly phones Mark's roommate and he said that Mark didn't come to the room at all that night.  She now suspects Mark is playing on her so she is furious with him.  She decides on Saturday night to go out with her sorority sisters and get drunk.

Melly goes to the campus cafe again on Monday and does not see Mark.  She is still angry with him.  Melly then thinks she will show up where his accounting class is held and really give it to him.  However when she is there, there is no sign of him.  She knows she cannot miss her history class so she leaves and then comes back to speak to Mark's accounting professor and he tells her that Mark never showed up.  She goes to his other classes and Mark never shows up.  Melly phones Mark dorm and his roommate has not heard from Mark since Thursday.  Melly is now worried so she phones Mark's parents who live in Clearwater, Florida and explains that no one has seen Mark since Thursday and he has not been to his classes.  They tell her that they have not heard from him neither and that they will drive down there and see what is happening.

Melly now contacts the campus police who in turn mentions that most likely Mark did not disappear and probably just ditching his classes.  This fact upsets Melly so she contacts her cousin, Rita about this just to have someone to speak to.  Rita listens with a sympathetic ear and she is worried as well.  Rita then states, I know someone who can help with this.  Melly thanks her and then Rita phones Dexter.

Hi Everyone,

I know it has been forever since I last posted.  It has been a very hectic time for me.  First off, my husband suffered kidney failure last year and now he has a lifetime of dialysis.  Including me, he has six live donors but he chooses dialysis since there is a huge cancer risk involved with the anti-rejection drugs.  Also another sad truth is that kidney transplants never last forever and he does not want to go through the scenario of kidney disease again.  His labs are very good other than the fact that his protein is very low so he has to eat more meat, fish, and eggs.  Here I am who is almost vegetarian since I hardly eat meat.  I do love seafood though and I can sure eat a prime rib when we go out to celebrate.  Meantime, my husband lost a lot of weight with this kidney failure and he is now under 200 pounds.

I am now taking college course to get my teaching certificate and I should be student teaching next Spring.  If that does not work out, I will take the actuary exam and work in that field.  Pays more anyway.  I have tons of homework this week since Spring break is now over but I am on Easter vacation from my job.  My math class is the one that is killing me.  Yes, even though I have a math degree; I still use a calculator which there are so much more types of calculators out there.  In fact among some promotional items I found on a web was a calculator which is very tempting.
